Ideas Union was founded in 2025 by professionals who were tired of having their commercial concepts taken by bigger players. Our mission is simple: level the playing field.

We envision a world where every creator’s ownership is respected, not because they’re wealthy, but because they now have the legal power to enforce it.

The world needs more commercial ideas, but blatant idea theft stops countless concepts from ever being developed. That ends here.

As founders in creative industries, we’ve had our own ideas stolen too many times. So we built Ideas Union to protect professionals like us: to register, record, and legally safeguard commercially valuable ideas that aren’t patented but still carry real market value.

We firmly believe that if a company wants to use an idea that isn’t theirs, they should pay its creator. It’s that simple.

2. Originality: If you created the idea, you deserve a meaningful share of the reward.

3. Mutual Value: Deals work when both sides win; whether through royalties, flat fees, or revenue share.

4. Autonomy: Members choose if, how, and who can use their Comcept. No permission = no use.

5. Privacy: We don’t access your information unless you ask us to or a court requires it.

6. Professionalism: Membership is reserved for recognised, proven professionals.

Legal battles are usually won by whoever has the deepest pockets. Generally, that means larger companies usually win. Ideas Union flips this power dynamic.

We pool our membership funds to fight and win on behalf of our members. When your ownership claim is valid, we protect it relentlessly and ensure larger, wealthier companies must pay to use your concept.

Ideas Union can invest millions in legal action if required. There is no cap on what we will spend to win a case for a member.

If we ever lose a rare case and damages are awarded, the membership fund covers it, never you personally.

To keep the system strong and sustainable, Ideas Union retains 25% of member wins in jurisdictions where this is permitted.
