• Corporate and personal litigation

• Significant financial penalties

• Formal actions to halt unauthorised commercial activity

Their ideas carry real commercial value because they come from people with demonstrable skill, experience, and track records of delivering results. When a Member brings forward a Comcept™, it is not speculation, it is grounded, actionable commercial thinking.

2.  Secure, Regulated Ideas

Ideas Union oversees the secure registration, record-keeping, and protection of every submitted concept. This prevents any unauthorised use before commercialisation and ensures all interactions are documented, time-stamped, and legally enforceable. Companies can review ideas with confidence, knowing they are dealing with a regulated, transparent system.

3.  No Commitment Required

Simply speaking with or evaluating a Member’s idea does not obligate you to buy, license, or pay anything. You remain free to walk away unless both parties agree otherwise.

4. Flexible Commercial Options

If you decide to proceed with a Member’s idea, you may work together to create a commercial structure that suits both sides. Options include:

• A direct fee for use of the idea

• A royalty or performance-based arrangement

• Any other mutually beneficial commercial agreement
